Free Consultation

If you have any questions about your injury claim, call us today. We'll be happy to speak with you over the telephone or meet with you so you'll have a clear understanding of your legal rights. There is no charge and no obligation for this consultation.

At that time, we will review the facts of your case with you and the nature of your injuries. When we have an understanding of what happened, we will give you our thoughts about your case, including your rights to receive compensation and any potential problems we anticipate.

We will explain your legal rights and advise you what papers and reports need to be filed. We will explain the entire process so you know exactly what happens from beginning to end. We will also suggest ways you can protect yourself from insurance company adjusters and insurance company investigators.

If you're like most injured people, you would like to know how much money you might recover for your injuries. The value of a case depends on many factors. We can't tell you what your case is worth, until we know all the facts and the full extent of your injuries. Although, in some cases, we may be able to give you a general idea of the range of value of your case. However, it's impossible to place an exact number on the value of your case until you have recovered from your injuries.

Why Delay Can Destroy a Case

You have a stronger case -- and you greatly improve your chances to recover full compensation -- when you act quickly. In personal injury cases, you gain nothing by waiting. Delay can weaken and even destroy your case. The accident scene can change -- witnesses can move away -- memories can fade -- evidence can get lost. In addition, the law requires that you act by certain deadlines. Injured parties can lose their legal right to recover compensation for their injuries simply because they don't act in time.

Lawyers' Fees
How You Pay Us In Personal Injury Cases

We do not charge a fee until we have recovered money for you. We do not charge a fee for consultations or case evaluations. If you want us to represent you -- and if we accept your case -- we receive a percentage of the amount of money we recover for you. This is called a contingency fee. If we do not recover money for you, we do not receive a fee. We never require injured victims to pay hourly fees.

Also, we will explain how costs and expenses are handled in contingency cases. We understand the financial burden placed on injured victims after an accident. Therefore, if we agree to represent you, in many cases we will advance the costs of your case. This means we can proceed with your case without you having to advance any money out of your pocket.

Our firm will invest our time, our resources and our abilities into your case. We will fairly and aggressively represent you. This is our guarantee of commitment to you.
