Charles M. Campo, Jr

Charles
Campo is a respected trial lawyer and principal of The Campo Law
Firm. He has been successfully litigating cases for over twenty

The focus of his practice is personal injury, negligence and wrongful
death cases. He has achieved substantial recoveries for victims
who have died or suffered serious injuries as a result of motor
vehicle accidents, defective products, construction site accidents,
brain trauma, spinal cord trauma, work related accidents, medical
malpractice and other types of conduct that caused injury.
He

Campo has acted as a legal commentator for the media and has lectured
on both civil and criminal trial practice. He has served as an arbitrator
before the American Arbitration Association.

Campo is admitted to practice in all the trial and appellate courts
in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Federal District Court
for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals,
the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United
States.
He
is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Massachusetts
Bar Association and its section on civil litigation, and a member
of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
