Charles
Campo received his mediation training and certification through the Harvard Law School's
Program on Negotiation.
Before
becoming a mediator, he was a trial lawyer
with more than 25 years of experience representing both plaintiffs
and defendants in a wide range of complex matters.
Mr.
Campo's practice included the representation of private individuals,
business entities, corporate executives, insurance carriers and public
companies.
He has served as an arbitrator before
the American Arbitration Association.
Representative
cases include product liability, construction accidents,
motor vehicle, wrongful death, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, breach of contract, wrongful termination, securities litigation,
insurance defense, employment disputes, general business disputes and general liability claims.
As a litigator, Mr. Campo was involved in numerous mediations as an effective method of resolving complex cases. He believes mediation is one of the most powerful tools a litigator has for fairly and efficiently resolving disputes.
Mr.
Campo has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest (AV)
