Charles Campo received his mediation training and certification through the Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation.

Before becoming a mediator, he was a practicing trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex disputes.

Mr. Campo's practice included the representation of private individuals, business entities, corporate executives, insurance carriers and public companies. He has served as an arbitrator before the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Campo has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death cases, personal injury matters, business disputes, employment cases and general liability claims.

Representative cases include: product liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle, medical negligence, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, insurance defense, wrongful termination, breach of contract, securities litigation, employment disputes and general business disputes.

During his years as a litigator, Mr. Campo was involved in numerous mediations as an effective method of resolving complex cases. He believes mediation is one of the most powerful tools a litigator has for effectively resolving disputes.

Mr. Campo received Martindale-Hubbell's highest (AV) lawyer rating. He has been featured in the consumer guide "Best Lawyers in America" and the publication "Massachusetts Super Lawyers."
